Research before pixels
We mapped the journeys of members, trainers, and facility owners first, and found the overlaps: discovery, scheduling, and trust. Those overlaps became the product's backbone.
Connecting athletes, trainers, and fitness facilities in one seamless ecosystem.
LockedIn empowers members to find trainers easily, while providing trainers with tools to manage their clients and schedules. For facilities, it serves as a robust management system to track memberships and boost signups.
Fitness runs on three groups that rarely share software. Members hunt for the right trainer across directories and DMs. Trainers juggle clients, schedules, and payments across a patchwork of apps. Facilities have no clear view of memberships or what drives signups. LockedIn set out to serve all three in one platform — without becoming three products stapled together.
We mapped the journeys of members, trainers, and facility owners first, and found the overlaps: discovery, scheduling, and trust. Those overlaps became the product's backbone.
A single design system drives the member experience, the trainer tools, and the facility dashboard, so every audience gets a focused surface that still feels like one product.
Interfaces were designed against real engineering constraints and shipped full-stack in tight iterations — what was drawn is what went live.
